The rate for our double bedroom is EUR 55,- per person and night and does not include breakfast.

For single occupancy of the double bedroom the rate is EUR 65,- per night and does not include breakfast.

Rate Information

  • rate for each additional person: EUR 25,-
  • minimum stay of 3 days; short-stay-surcharge of EUR 10,- per apartment applies
  • rates do n ot include the local tax of EUR 2,60 (per person for all guests aged 15 and over)
  • rates do not include the final cleaning cost of EUR 60,- per apartment
  • credit cards accepted

 

Upon request, we can offer our lavish Osttiroler breakfast.

 

All rates are subject to change, printing errors accepted.

The apartments and bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Important Booking Information

The general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply. According to these terms, we implement the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee applies

Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month before arrival: cancellation fee of 40% of total amount of booking

Cancellation between 1 month and 1 week before arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of total amount of booking

Cancellation within the last week before arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of total amount of booking

Early departure or no-show: cancellation fee of 100% of total amount of booking

busverkehr osttirolYour guest car, which you receive upon your arrival at our guesthouse, allows you the free use of public transportation in Osttirol (except express buses).

 

There are buses traveling into all valleys on a near-hourly basis – all year round. In addition, the seasonal ski-buses and hiking-buses are also available.
