The general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply. According to these terms, we implement the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee applies
Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month before arrival: cancellation fee of 40% of total amount of booking
Cancellation between 1 month and 1 week before arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of total amount of booking
Cancellation within the last week before arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of total amount of booking
Early departure or no-show: cancellation fee of 100% of total amount of booking

Please note: According to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG (Austrian law), there is no 14-day cancellation policy possible.
